PumpFantasy – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PumpFantasy, we strive to deliver fair and transparent gameplay experiences. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how entry fees, contest participation, and refund requests are handled. By entering a contest or prize pool, you (“User,” “you”) agree to this policy.

1. Entry Fees

• Entry into PumpFantasy contests or prize pools may require payment of an entry fee, typically denominated in cryptocurrency (“Entry Fee”).
• Once submitted, all Entry Fees are final and non-refundable , except as explicitly stated in this Policy.

2. No Guaranteed Refunds

• Refunds are not guaranteed under any circumstances.
• Any refund request will be considered only at PumpFantasy’s sole and absolute discretion.
• A refund will be processed only if we determine, in our exclusive judgment, that your request is justified.

3. Situations Where Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered under limited circumstances, such as:

• If a contest is canceled by PumpFantasy before it begins.
• If a significant technical error on our end prevented fair participation.
• If duplicate transactions or accidental overcharges occurred due to system error.

Even in these cases, PumpFantasy reserves the right to decide whether a refund is appropriate.

4. Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Provided

Refunds will not be provided, including but not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with contest results, rankings, or outcomes.
• Losses due to token price volatility or blockchain network fees.
• Mistakes made by the user (e.g., wrong wallet address, duplicate entries, misunderstanding of rules).
• Hacks, exploits, scams, or unauthorized access affecting the App, third-party systems, or blockchain networks.
• Technical failures outside PumpFantasy’s control.
• User withdrawals or cancellations after contest entry.

5. No Liability for Hacks or Security Breaches

• You acknowledge that cryptocurrency systems and online platforms carry inherent risks of cyberattacks, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized access.
• In the event of any hack, exploit, breach, or compromise of PumpFantasy, its partners, or blockchain networks, PumpFantasy shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or misappropriation of your funds.
• By using PumpFantasy, you expressly waive any claim against the Company related to such events.

6. Crypto-Specific Considerations

• Approved refunds, if any, will be processed in the same cryptocurrency used for the Entry Fee.
• Due to blockchain volatility and network fees, the refund amount may not match the original Entry Fee in value.
• PumpFantasy is not responsible for gas fees, transaction delays, or changes in market value of tokens.

7. Cancellations by Users

• Once you join a contest or prize pool, your entry is final and binding.
• Users cannot unilaterally cancel participation or withdraw Entry Fees.

8. Cancellations by PumpFantasy

• PumpFantasy may cancel contests or prize pools at any time for operational, technical, or legal reasons.
• In such cases, refunds or credits may be issued at PumpFantasy’s discretion only.

9. Final Authority

• PumpFantasy’s decision on refunds or cancellations shall be final, binding, and non-contestable.
• By participating, you waive any right to dispute refund outcomes in any forum, legal or otherwise.
