Welcome to PumpFantasy (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our crypto fantasy application (“App”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use PumpFantasy.
• By using the App, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and that your use complies with applicable laws.

2. Nature of the App

• PumpFantasy is a fantasy game based on simulated performance of cryptocurrency tokens.
• Rankings, scores, and rewards (if any) are based solely on virtual performance metrics, not actual investment returns.
• PumpFantasy does not provide investment advice, financial services, or real trading functionality.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including safeguarding your login credentials and associated devices.
• You agree not to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the App, its scoring system, or any vulnerabilities.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, including those governing cryptocurrencies and gaming in your jurisdiction.

4. No Liability for Hacks, Scams, or Losses

• PumpFantasy does not guarantee the security of the App, blockchain networks, or third-party services integrated with the App.
• In the event of hacks, scams, unauthorized access, exploits, or technical failures (whether within our systems, third-party providers, or external networks), PumpFantasy will not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims.
• You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of interacting with crypto-related platforms, including price volatility, fraud, and cyberattacks.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and features of PumpFantasy are owned by PumpFantasy or its licensors.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Any unauthorized use, reverse-engineering, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Rewards, Prizes, and Rankings

• If rewards, prizes, or incentives are offered, they are granted at PumpFantasy’s sole discretion.
• PumpFantasy reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withhold rewards at any time without prior notice.
• Rankings are based on internal calculations of token price movements. PumpFantasy makes no guarantee of accuracy or fairness, and results may be adjusted at its discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
• PumpFantasy disclaims all representations, warranties, and guarantees, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or reliability of rankings and results.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, PumpFantasy, its affiliates, officers, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
• This includes but is not limited to damages resulting from:
  • Security breaches, hacks, or unauthorized access.
  • Loss of data, account access, or digital assets.
  • Misuse of the App or reliance on App outcomes.

9. Termination

• PumpFantasy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• PumpFantasy may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted within the App or on our website.
• Continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
